Connecting a channel or integrating amoCRM

We offer two options for connecting the amoCRM channel:
  1. Connection as a channel.
  2. Connection as integration.
Connection instructions:
  1. Channels -> Add channel
  2. Or – integration – add amoCRM
  3. Next - Select the connection mode:

What is the difference and which one should you choose?

Connecting as a channel – this mode is suitable if you already have a configured amo system with integrated services, messengers within amoCRM, and newsletters, and you want the bot to operate in an open channel format at preset stages. At this stage, the bot doesn't create deals automatically; amoCRM handles this for you.

*Connection as an integration — if you have amoCRM, without any third-party integrations or messengers, and you want our bot to create deals, use this mode.

    Important!
When choosing this connection method, it is important to remove duplicate messengers from amoCRM.

For example, by connecting Telegram with us and selecting the integration mode, we will create deals independently, and if Telegram is simultaneously connected to amoCRM, it will create duplicate deals.

  4. Next, select your account.
  5. Next, we connect the bots, enter settings and instructions.
  6. Done – the integration is connected. We proceed to the channel and bot settings.
  7. Select the amoCRM tab.
  8. We set all the key settings for the integration to work.

Filling in the fields – Fields that the bot will fill in if it receives data during the dialogue. Only standard amoCRM fields are allowed..

Getting information from a contact– The bot will be able to retrieve data from the deal and use it. For example, it will see the name, if there is one.

    Add trigger transitions if needed.

Any trigger (completed task, stop words, etc.) will cause the deal to be moved to the stage you specify.

  9. The integration is ready to work.
