Intercom Connection Instructions

1. Create a new app in Intercom by clicking “New app”. If you already have an app, skip this step.
   
2. Copy the access token for your app.
   
3. In Athena, go to the channels section, click “Add channel”, select Intercom, paste the token, and enter the channel name. Then click “Next”.
